Many patients have tried different methods for weight reduction. Insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, prediabetes, and diabetes are central aspects in overweight.
We analyse your insulin resistance and perform advanced diagnostics, create an individualised plan for losing weight and, most importantly,
to maintain the weight loss after the treatment.

You start with blood tests where we examine your insulin resistance.
An individual treatment plan is created, which you follow until you reach a set weight goal.
You gradually taper off the treatment and transition to learning how to maintain good health.
Has healthcare told you that your constant hunger is due to food addiction? That you just need to try harder? With insulin resistance, your body works differently, and you need a different type of intervention.
With our treatment, you can avoid undergoing a possible gastric bypass surgery. Our treatments are less risky and gentler than surgery.
We follow current research and developments in the field and ensure that our methods develop at the same pace.

Before the hormone analysis, you need to fast for 12 hours before the test. This means no solid food, no drinks (including coffee, tea, and alcohol). Only prescribed medication and water are allowed.
Within 3–5 days from the last of the three tests being done.
We analyse insulin, which is a peptide hormone. Insulin is released from the pancreas into the blood after a meal in response to elevated sugar (glucose) levels. We are the only clinic in Sweden to clinically map insulin dynamics.
When you have reached your weight goal, you are offered to transition to a health subscription. Most of our patients actively choose to stay and then have support and help with everything from tapering down or discontinuing any medication to analysis of current metabolism, food intake, and activity levels. This has proven effective in preventing weight gain; our first patients from 2020 have still not regained weight.
Patients with overweight of 10–15 kg often respond well to lifestyle changes in general, but there are exceptions. The decisive factor is how the test results for insulin resistance look, if there is a so-called medical indication. We use everything from special diets, digital sugar and ketone monitoring, or medication depending on the patient. The treatments are multidisciplinary and individualised for each patient.
The drugs we use are approved and listed in the Swedish drug registry (Fass), but every patient is unique, and so is the treatment – it varies on an individual basis. Pharmacokinetics describes what the body does to the drug, and pharmacodynamics is what the drug does to the body. These aspects differ for different drugs in different patients, and our treatment is therefore highly individualised, giving better results and fewer side effects.
On average, a patient loses 20–30 kg in one year. Some younger, active patients lose as much as 50 kg in one year under optimal circumstances.
Yes, all examinations are performed at our clinic in Stockholm. We meet patients and conduct body composition, basic tests, and a hormone analysis here with us. During treatment and the health subscription, we have digital and/or physical follow-up visits. Many of our patients come to Stockholm the day before testing, fast for 12 hours, and do all examinations in one morning.
We primarily target people seeking a high level of expertise, experience, and results, where time is the limiting factor in everyday life more than anything else. Our patients have often already tried everything and may even have undergone gastric bypass/sleeve surgery and still regained weight – or they really want to try everything before considering such surgical procedures.
No, we do not have treatments for underage patients. You must be 18 years old to be a patient with us.
We offer a unique 90-day money-back guarantee. If you do not start losing weight within 90 days or for any reason are not satisfied with our services, you will receive a full refund of the treatment cost.
We treat patients for a minimum of 6 months. On average, losing around 20 kg takes 6–12 months depending on the patient and the conditions. Some patients have lost 50 kg in one year, which is unusual but possible if you are younger, physically active, and have a structured lifestyle.
We have put great care into designing a testing and treatment method based on the latest research, which is unique. Therefore, you receive an individual plan based on time-consuming tests to ensure correct diagnosis, evidence-based care grounded in proven research, and regular contact with a doctor and nurse who follow you throughout the treatment. We believe that good communication and a close relationship between patient and doctor are key to fast and successful treatment.
We are private and not part of public healthcare. Therefore, it is not possible to get a referral or subsidy for our treatment via tax funds at present.
We have several employers who have supported their staff in weight loss in various ways. Our services are available to both individuals and companies.
