Per Swedish FASS February 2026, Mounjaro (tirzepatide) costs about 1,990 SEK/month at start dose 2.5 mg, 2,700–3,770 SEK/month at maintenance 5–10 mg, and about 4,820 SEK/month at max dose 12.5–15 mg. Mounjaro is not subsidized for weight loss.
Wegovy (semaglutide) costs about 1,600 SEK/month at start dose 0.25 mg and 2,500–3,200 SEK/month at maintenance 1.7–2.4 mg. Wegovy is not subsidized — Sweden's TLV rejected reimbursement.
Ozempic (semaglutide) costs about 1,049 SEK/month at any dose per FASS February 2026. Ozempic can be subsidized for approved diabetes indication, but not for off-label weight loss.
